Online Purchases Exchange Policy

At Unikwear. lk, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with the products you have ordered, we offer a Convenient Exchange Policy exclusively for online orders. Kindly note that the following Exchange Policy is applicable only to purchases made through our website.

Exchange Process:

    • Directly message us on Instagram or Facebook
  2. Upon acceptance and approval of your exchange request by our customer care team, we will initiate the exchange process on your behalf. We will arrange for pickup of the item to be exchanged from your doorstep by our designated courier service. The item will then be sent to us for review.
  3. Packaging and Return:
    • Please ensure that the items are packed in the original condition, including all labels and tags.
    • Send the returning product/products to the following address: 245 Maya Mawatha, Kiribathgoda 11600, Sri Lanka
  4. Approval and Delivery:
    • After receiving the exchange item, we will assess it for quality and hygiene. We will then notify you regarding the approval status of your exchange.
    • Once approved, our courier service will deliver the fresh new item directly to your doorstep.

Important Points to Consider:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Ensure that all items are in their original condition, unused, and with the Shefflera brand/price tag attached to the garment.
  • Damaged, altered, or dirty items will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for sale/discounted items, bodysuits/lingerie, swimwear, sarees, handbags, jewellery & accessories, perfumes & cosmetics, or shoes.
  • Courier charges for the returning and new items will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • In case an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to return it to you at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items for Online Website Purchases:

We take utmost care in ensuring the quality of our products. In the rare occurrence that you receive a defective item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check your items upon delivery. If you find a defective product, contact us immediately on our hotline or via email on the same day of delivery.
  2. We will guide you through the process of returning the item or initiating an exchange, free of charge.
  3. Requests for the replacement of damaged items must be made within 3 days from the delivery date.

Please note that all exchanges and replacement processes require up to 14 days for courier return, inspection, product processing, and delivery. Your patience during this period is highly appreciated.
